Belfast International Airport a picked up a gong at the Holiday Extras customer awards, picked as the winner in the best UK airport category. Over 24,000 of the airport hotels and parking company's customers voted in its second annual customer awards.
Their customers rated air travel experiences across 12 categories, voting for 112 airlines, 28 UK airports and hundreds of airport hotels, lounges and car parks. A spokesman for Belfast International said: ‘We're delighted to receive this award. We would like to extend our thanks to the Holiday Extras customers who took the time to vote for us.'
