Bristol Airport has highlighted 4 recent projects that have improved the experience for passengers passing through the terminal:
A walkway has been opened to link the terminal to 8 new aircraft stands, reducing the need for airlines to bus passengers to and from planes. Passengers boarding flights from the new walkway gates (8-16) need to allow a few extra minutes to get to the plane.
The security search area has been expanded, and a new (paid) fast-track security channel option offers a speedy passage for business travellers or those wanting a more relaxed start to their holidays.
A new tax and duty free store has transformed shopping at the airport, offering a wider selection of brands, and a Best Of The West range, showcasing products from the region.
New Flyer buses operate every 10 minutes, are wheelchair accessible and passengers are able to take their luggage on board, providing peace of mind and speeding up boarding.
