Aer Arann will start a new service between Donegal and Glasgow Airport when the airline launches its summer schedule on March 28. It will replace the current Donegal to Prestwick route and operate 4 days a week, up from the current 3 times weekly service.
The airline said it was shifting the route from Prestwick to to Glasgow as the airport is closer to the city centre as well as offering customers from Donegal and the surrounding areas 'direct access to a major international hub’.
